As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a critical role in building and scaling our core products. You’ll enjoy high transparency, autonomy, and ownership — working alongside the founders and a strong engineering team across the full development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Developer at Expertia AI, you will:

• Design and build scalable full-stack solutions from the ground up
• Own the architecture, design, and deployment of new products and features
• Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness across applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices
• Identify performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot bugs
• Participate in defining the long-term tech roadmap

Tech Stack You’ll Work On

• Frontend: Next.js, React.js
• Version Control: Git

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience with the above tech stack
• Strong system design and architecture fundamentals
• Experience with cloud-native deployments and microservices architecture
• Hands-on with building and scaling new systems from scratch
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and early-stage ambiguity

Bonus Points For

• Experience in 0-to-1 product building at a growth-stage startup
• DevOps or infrastructure exposure
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Detail-oriented, fast executor with strong communication skills
