Insight Global are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join one of our global financial services clients based in Bangalore, India on a hybrid 12-month contract to hire role.

You’ll be joining a high-performing Operational Tooling team working on a greenfield platform focused on designing and building large-scale solutions to administer financial indexes. This is a strategic, business-critical initiative where you’ll be empowered to influence architecture, work collaboratively across international teams, and take real ownership of the UI and backend tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern web applications using Angular (v17+) and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with global teammates across the UK and Europe
• Help define and deliver backend services using Node.js
• Write clean, scalable, testable code with strong attention to performance
• Work with Product and DevOps teams to implement new features end-to-end
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers when needed
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions
• Ensure your solutions meet regulatory, security, and performance standards

Must Haves

• 5+ years of professional development experience
