Job summary

MaxHome is hiring a full-stack engineer to design and build the core platform powering our AI-native SaaS for real estate agents. You will work with the founding team to translate customer needs into a technical roadmap and deliver scalable web applications.

You will contribute across the stack from React front-ends to robust backend APIs, and participate in DevOps and data-driven decisions. A startup environment demands collaboration, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building complex web applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Architect and develop front-end solutions using React to create smooth user experiences.
• Implement back-end infrastructure with speed, scalability, security and API integration.
• Utilize DevOps practices to manage the deployment pipeline.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to translate designs into interfaces.
• Work with Data Scientists to ensure accurate data handling.
• Participate in the full lifecycle from coding to testing with emphasis on quality.
• Maintain and optimize the performance of existing applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and potential integrations.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork; entrepreneurial startup mindset.

Role requirements
