Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing both front-end and back-end web applications, participating in the full software development lifecycle, and ensuring the stability and responsiveness of applications. You\'ll play a hands-on role in coding the core product, while also helping coordinate additional devs, designers, and contractors as the project grows.

The ideal candidate has experience owning full-stack builds from scratch, is comfortable leading with both technical direction and day-to-day collaboration, and can also bring strong Framer or Webflow expertise for building and iterating on high-quality web experiences.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain a modern web application using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
Develop and manage scalable backend APIs and database schemas using PostgreSQL
Implement user authentication, authorization, and file/image upload workflows
Set up and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, RDS, S3, etc.)
Build and maintain an internal admin dashboard for operations and support workflows
Collaborate closely with the founder/product lead to prioritize and deliver features
Own deployment, environment setup, staging/production configuration, and CI/CD pipelines
Contribute to system architecture decisions and future scaling strategies
Work on rapid prototyping and polished front-end builds using Framer or Webflow for client-facing and internal projects

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a full-stack developer (preferably with product ownership experience)
Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express/NestJS/Fastify, and PostgreSQL
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, or Railway
Familiarity with authentication frameworks (Clerk.dev or NextAuth.js)
Experience with file/image upload using AWS S3 or similar tools
Comfortable managing environment variables, deployment workflows, and staging/production setups
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and architectural thinking
Excellent communication and the ability to work independently or in small teams
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and rapid iteration
Hands-on experience with Framer or Webflow is highly preferred
