Job summary

Devsatva LLP, an Ahmedabad-based AI-native data engineering and analytics consultancy, seeks a Full Stack Developer (Node.js + Python) for on-site work. You will build real-time data-driven features and client-facing dashboards, collaborating with data engineering and AI teams.

1–2 years experience and strong API/SQL skills are preferred. Join a small, ownership-driven team with direct impact on projects for Indian and international clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a full stack/backend developer.
• Strong experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Frontend framework experience, React preferred.
• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and REST API design.
• Git proficiency and basic deployment/cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP).
• Excellent English communication and proactive inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features using Node.js (backend/APIs) and Python (services, data and AI workflows).

• Write and consume REST APIs; integrate third-party platforms (Meta, Google, CRMs, data warehouses).

We build real-time data pipelines, RAG systems, MCP servers and agentic AI workflows for clients across India, the US, UK and UAE — including large global brands. What you’ll do

• Build and ship full-stack features using Node.js (backend/APIs) and Python (services, data and AI workflows)
• Work on client-facing products — dashboards, internal tools, integrations with marketing and analytics platforms
• Write and consume REST APIs; integrate third-party platforms (Meta, Google, CRMs, data warehouses)
• Work with SQL databases and help move data cleanly between systems
• Work alongside our data engineering and AI teams on LLM-powered features (RAG, agents, MCP servers) — prior AI experience isn’t required, curiosity is
• Deploy and maintain what you build — Git, Docker, basic cloud

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience as a full stack / backend developer
• Solid with Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
• Comfortable with at least one frontend framework — React preferred
• Working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and REST API design
• Git, and a basic understanding of deployment and cloud (AWS/GCP)
• Clear communication in English, and someone who asks questions instead of guessing

Nice to have

• Exposure to data tools (Pandas, dbt, Kafka, Spark) or any LLM/AI API work
• Experience with marketing/analytics stacks (GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI)
• Personal projects or open-source contributions
• Direct exposure to international clients and production AI systems — rare at this experience level
• Mentorship from senior data and AI engineers; learn by shipping, not by watching
• Clear growth path into senior full stack or data/AI engineering
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat — on-site (work from office). Candidates based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
