We are seeking an experienced full-stack development team to build, and deploy a modern, high-performance, and highly scalable Advanced Job Portal Platform integrated with AI. Scope of Work & Core Features

Building the platform from scratch, implementing the following core modules:

• Job & Resume Lifecycle: Job posting pipelines, dynamic resume uploads, parsing/management, and a robust application tracking system (ATS) for employers.
• AI-Powered Matchmaking & Parsing: Intelligent resume parsing, automated skill extraction, and an AI recommendation engine to match job seekers with the most relevant openings.
• Discovery Engine: Advanced, lightning-fast job search utilizing modern filters, facets, and real-time indexing.
• Engagement Tools: Saved jobs, automated job alerts, and native/web Push Notifications for real-time updates.
• Monetization: Secure subscription models and multi-tier payment gateway integrations.
• Operations: A comprehensive Admin Dashboard for platform-wide monitoring, user management, analytics, and content moderation.
