Hired is seeking a skilled backend/frontend engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI training pipelines. You will implement robust Node.js services, integrate Nest.js modules, and collaborate with data scientists to ship production-ready features.

You will evaluate model performance, refine evaluation criteria, and contribute to dataset creation for supervised fine-tuning. The role offers cross-functional collaboration with global teams and opportunities to shape next‑gen AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Node.js for backend development.
• Experience with Nest.js as a progressive Node.js framework.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
