Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI and/or Django, ReactJS, and UX/UI design. The role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and user-focused technology solutions for asset management and financial services environments. The position combines backend engineering, frontend development, and user experience design. The successful candidate will contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding business needs and designing user experiences to building secure APIs, implementing sophisticated interfaces, and supporting production-ready solutions. • Strong Python development experience, with 7–10 years of relevant full-stack or software engineering experience.
• Extensive hands‑on engineering experience in asset management or the broader financial services industry.
