About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in PHP and/or Python, along with modern front-end development using React.js, to join our development team.

The role involves building and maintaining scalable web applications, CRM platforms, dashboards, REST APIs, automation tools, and workflow-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills and a good understanding of modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Core PHP, Laravel) and/or Python (Django, FastAPI).
• Develop scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Build modern, reusable, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using React.js. Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap 5.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases using MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal services using REST/JSON.
• Develop automation scripts, background tasks, scheduled jobs, and workflow automation.
• Debug, test, optimize, and maintain application performance and reliability. Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers and cloud platforms such as AWS and DigitalOcean.
• Work with Git, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile development practices. Collaborate with developers and other team members to design and implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

Backend Development

• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and/or Python.
• PHP experience with Core PHP and Laravel.
• Python experience with Django, Django REST Framework, and/or FastAPI. Strong understanding of REST API development and JSON.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and API integration. Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.

Frontend Development

• Proficiency in React.js.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap 5.
• Ability to develop responsive and reusable UI components.
• Familiarity with React components, hooks, and state management. Server & Development Tools
• Familiarity with Linux environments, cron jobs, and background workers. Experience using Git and version control.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, and API security.
• Experience with Celery, Redis, message queues, or background processing. Exposure to CRM systems, dashboards, reporting tools, automation, or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture. Experience with AWS or DigitalOcean cloud deployment.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations, analytics scripts, or automation platforms. Understanding of application performance optimization and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 - 4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development. Candidates with strong experience in either PHP/Laravel or Python/Django/FastAPI, along with frontend development skills, are encouraged to apply.
