Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced IAM Full Stack Developer to join the Identity and Access Management team in Hyderabad. The role reports to AVP and focuses on designing, developing, and supporting a business-critical security platform.

You will work with IAM architects, security engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure access management solutions, while contributing to documentation, audits, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or engineering.
• At least 7+ years of hands-on development experience in 3-tier or service oriented architecture.
• Exhibit integrity and ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines.
• Ability to work with team members, manage delivery and provide feedback.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IAM architects, security engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure access management solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, runbooks, SOPs, and engineering standards.
• Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives within IAM systems.
• Analyze new requirements with the Development Lead and business teams.
• Drive architecture and design discussions toward scalable solutions.
• Hands-on coding: architecture, analysis, design, review and implementation.
• Assist in QA and testing of existing and new features.
• Participate in release, build and deployment activities.
• Write and review software and system documentation.
• Provide SME technical domain expertise for complex production issues across systems.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Collaborate with IAM architects, security engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure access management solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge management, operational runbooks, SOPs, and engineering standards.
• Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives within IAM systems.
• Work with business team/Development Lead to understand and analyze new requirements.
• Drive architectural and design discussions towards solution perfection.
• Hands on architecture, analysis, design, review and execution of code.
• Assist in QA and testing of existing and/or new features.
• Participate in release, build and deployment activities.
• Write and/or review software and system documentation.
• Provide subject matter technical domain expertise in addressing complex production issues that encompass a wide range of internal and external systems, components, and processes.

• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with UNIX/Windows Shell/batch scripting.
• Experience with React.js/Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3,
