Job summary

Aadrika Enterprises in Ranchi, Jharkhand is seeking a Fullstack Developer to design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, designers and other developers to deliver responsive interfaces and robust back-end services.

The role requires expert React.js skills for front-end UI, Node.js and Express.js for RESTful APIs, and solid experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js for modern UI.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and async programming.
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Redux/Context API for state management.
• Knowledge of JWT/OAuth and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, ensuring an excellent user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Build reusable frontend components and backend modules to improve application maintainability and scalability.
• Design, develop, and optimize databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and high performance. Integrate third-party APIs, authentication services, payment gateways, notification services, and other external systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to improving development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Implement application security, authentication, authorization, logging, and error handling mechanisms.

As a Fullstack Developer at Aadrika Enterprises, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React.js for building modern, responsive, and dynamic user interfaces.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js for developing scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event‑driven architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, session management, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative version control tools.
• Understanding of REST API design, API integration, and JSON data handling.
