Job summary

Hala Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Hyderabad engineering team. You will own end-to-end development across the stack (Node.js, Express, React) and contribute to cloud-native microservices, data pipelines, and real-time features using Kafka, Redis and WebSockets.

You will build secure APIs, deploy containerized services with Docker/Kubernetes, and collaborate with product and design in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for EV

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer with MongoDB/Express/React/Node.js.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GitHub; working knowledge of Next.js and WebSockets.

What You’ll Work On

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle from requirement analysis and system design through development, testing, deployment and maintenance.

You will:

• Build secure and scalable backend APIs using Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Create responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Work with cloud-native technologies for high availability, scalability and security.
• Develop microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Optimize real-time data flows with Kafka, Redis and WebSockets.
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Write clean, reusable and performance-focused code.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer with expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GitHub and Next.js
• Working knowledge of Redis, WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS Kinesis.
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a builder's mindset and a passion for developing scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet committed timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Self-driven, accountable, and capable of taking end-to-end ownership of features with minimal supervision.
