The role combines hands-on coding with leadership duties, coordinating tasks, mentoring engineers, and ensuring timely, secure releases.

You should have 2–3 years of Laravel/PHP experience, strong frontend skills, REST APIs, and familiarity with AWS and database systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Laravel and PHP in full‑stack development.
• Strong frontend skills with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows; mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop & maintain applications using Laravel & PHP
• Build REST APIs & integrate third‑party services
• Work on frontend (Vue / React / JavaScript)

• Assign tasks, review code & ensure best practices
• Identify and resolve blockers quickly
• Participate in planning, estimation & releases
• Ensure secure coding & performance optimization
