Job summary

SAAP Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build healthcare applications, including EMR modules, analytics platforms, and mobile components.

Responsibilities include developing end-to-end features with Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend services using Java/Spring Boot or .NET Core/C#. You will design REST APIs, work with PostgreSQL, deploy on Azure, and use Docker/Kubernetes in a DevOps workflow.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web and healthcare application features.
• Work with Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend technologies.
• Develop backend services using Java + Spring Boot or .NET Core + C# + Node.js.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with PostgreSQL and SQL databases.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services and AKS.
• Work with Azure DevOps/GitHub, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good to have healthcare, HIS or EMR experience.
• Knowledge of FHIR/HL7 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful services and microservices architectures.
• Ensure data integrity with PostgreSQL/SQL databases and proper indexing.
