Job summary

Luxoft in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Kotlin/Java) to join the Engineering Platforms and Practice group. You will design and implement both frontend and backend components, including APIs, and work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will apply modern delivery practices such as agile methods, DevOps, TDD/ATDD, and cloud-native architecture using GCP and Kubernetes. This is a senior, impactful role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Kotlin & Java, handling enterprise level projects.
• Strong experience with functional programming (immutability, pure functions).
• Design/architecture experience (Domain-driven, functional, graph of compute).
• Experience with Gradle and GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in modern software delivery techniques including XP, DevOps and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience with automated testing techniques (TDD/ATDD).
• GCP Cloud expertise through Kubernetes.
• Proven communication skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Joining a small team to build our cutting-edge governance platform throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
• Design and development of both front-end and back-end components (including APIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Implement modern software delivery techniques, including agile methodologies, DevOps and lean principles.
