Hy Tech & Consulting is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java + React.js) to join our team in India. The role requires 5-8 years of software development experience with hands-on work in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Oracle databases.

You will build enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and scalable backend components while collaborating with product, QA, and engineering teams. The position offers a hybrid work model in India, with 5 days of work-from-office per month, and a shift from 1:00 PM

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise applications, developing scalable APIs, working with cloud platforms, and contributing across the complete software development lifecycle.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working on both front-end and back-end development, has a strong understanding of database design and development, and can collaborate effectively with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and consume REST and SOAP-based services.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and React JS.
• Develop scalable backend components using Spring Boot.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Write optimized Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code for business-critical applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and follow development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 8+
