Senior API / Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote (100%); Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑Time

Overview

We are looking for a passionate, talented, and motivated Senior API / Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build out the next set of kick‑ass features. You’ll deliver high‑quality technical solutions to build fully‑fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You’ll be involved in the entire product development life cycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.

• Basic proficiency in core JAVA/NodeJs and experience in shipping production applications.
• Understanding of the async programming model and its quirks and workarounds.
• Some front‑end development experience with AngularJS and its entire ecosystem would be a plus.
• Working on microservices architectures driven by one or more of these datastores in cloud‑native - MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch.
• Basic experience with message queue systems like SQS or Kafka is a huge plus.
• Passion for developing awesome user experiences.
• Great communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Hunger to learn new things and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers).
• Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership.

Compensation

Junior Developers/ Entry Level – 10k–20k per month based on performance (minimum internship duration 6 months, 1–3 months training). After the evaluation period, the internship can become paid starting from the second month. The minimum internship duration is six months.
