We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in Angular and Java to work on large-scale institutional platforms, including governance systems, public health applications, and monitoring & evaluation dashboards. This role involves building structured, scalable, and secure systems for real-world government and development use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (Frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (Backend)
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work on database design and optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in system architecture discussions
• Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented code

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in full stack development
