Job summary

Whitecarrot in Hyderabad is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to design, prototype, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend. You will build and orchestrate AI agents into product workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks, translating vague ideas into MVPs.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and AI teams, write clean code, and ship experiences at pace in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• You’ve built and shipped real products and enjoy seeing users interact with your work.
• Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js, and backend tech like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Comfortable designing PostgreSQL schemas and scalable data models.
• Curious about or experienced with AI agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Startup DNA — you move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Use AI-powered tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0.dev, etc.) to speed up coding, testing, and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (or strong equivalent).
• You’ve built and shipped real products and enjoy seeing users interact with your work.
• Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js, and backend tech like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Comfortable designing PostgreSQL schemas and scalable data models.
• Curious about or experienced with AI agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Startup DNA — you move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong debugging instincts, problem-solving skills, and product sense.
• Bonus: experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or integrating OpenAI/Hugging Face.
