Job summary

Fireblaze AISchool in Nagpur invites skilled full‑stack developers to join as trainers. You will deliver comprehensive training on frontend and backend development, covering HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue, Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, and databases.

You will also help students build real‑world projects and capstones. The role requires mentoring, updating course content to reflect industry trends, and guiding learners toward certification and job readiness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Version control: Git/GitHub.
• Cloud deployment: AWS/Azure/Heroku/Vercel.
• DevOps: Docker, Jenkins.
• Security, performance, scalability knowledge a plus.
• Experience 2+ years as a Full Stack Developer or Trainer.
• Teaching/training experience preferred.
• Industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train students in Database Management ( SQL , MongoDB , Firebase , etc.) and Version Control Systems ( Git / GitHub ).
• Explain concepts related to REST APIs , Microservices , and Deployment .
• Provide insights into DevOps tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines .
• Conduct practical coding sessions, projects, and assessments.
• Develop and update course content, lesson plans, projects, and assignments to keep up with industry trends.
• Create real-world scenarios and capstone projects to enhance learning outcomes.
• Ensure alignment of the curriculum with the latest technologies and frameworks in full-stack development.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to students to help them achieve learning objectives.

• Hands-on experience with Version Control Systems : Git / GitHub .
• Knowledge of Cloud Deployment Platforms : AWS , Azure , Heroku , or Vercel .
