JobItUs is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js. The role covers backend services, REST APIs, and responsive frontends, with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and application security.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend teams.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Deploy and maintain applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Node.js and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience building REST APIs, developing responsive user interfaces, integrating databases, and delivering production‑ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Hands‑on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.

• Good understanding of React Hooks, component architecture, state management, and frontend performance optimization.

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.

• Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL and database query optimization.

• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of authentication mechanisms, JWT, OAuth, and web security best practices.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend tooling.

• Experience debugging, testing, and monitoring production applications.

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, or React Query.

• Familiarity with AWS services, including ECS, S3, CloudFront, and RDS.

• Experience with Redis, Kafka, or message queues.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event‑driven systems.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.

• Familiarity with Agile development and Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3–6 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
