ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Web Development team in Noida. You will work across the front end and back end of our product platforms — including MAFLO (manufacturing ERP), ZivuX.ai (WhatsApp-native CRM), MaximPro (cloud POS) and the web layer of VIZO361° — building features that are used daily by enterprise customers in India and the GCC. This role suits a 2026 graduate who has built real web applications end to end during their internshipor projects and wants to work on production products rather than prototypes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test and maintain features across both front-end and back-end layers of our web applications.
• Build responsive, clean and usable interfaces from designs and functional requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Solid programming fundamentals with at least one back-end language — e.g. Python, Node.js, PHP or Java.
• Front-end proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, and working knowledge of a modern framework (React, Angular or Vue).
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development practices.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms and OOP concepts.
• Basic understanding of web security concepts — authentication, authorisation, input validation.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Exposure to a back-end framework such as Django, FastAPI, Express, Laravel or Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Docker, Linux and basic CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud exposure — AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Understanding of caching, message queues or WebSockets.
• Experience with a UI component library or CSS framework (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI).
• Any live project or internship deliverable that reached real users.
