Dixpai is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer in Delhi to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You will create responsive UIs with React.js, develop robust backend services with Node.js/Express, and integrate databases and third-party APIs.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience and the ability to work in an agile team. Ideal candidates will have strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of microservices, and familiarity with CI/CD practices.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop robust backend APIs and services to support application functionality.
• Integrate databases, caching systems, and third-party APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.

Required Technical Skills:

Frontend Development

• Strong experience with React.js for building dynamic user interfaces.
• Experience with frontend libraries/frameworks and state management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Java J2EE for enterprise application development.
• Knowledge of API development, authentication, and microservices architecture.

Database & Storage

• Experience with MongoDB for NoSQL data management.
• Experience with PostgreSQL for relational database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms such as CacheDB / Redis-like systems to improve application performance.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
