Ericsson in Noida, India, is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Data Engineer) to design and deliver data pipelines for a data lake and data warehouse. You will create and optimize data models, APIs, and microservices while ensuring data quality across the lifecycle.

You will work across frontend and backend, connecting AI/ML services, using PySpark, Kafka and BigQuery, and contributing to tests, deployments, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Must have hands-on software development experience across frontend and backend.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript ES6+, HTML/CSS with modern state management.
• Experience building Python-based REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid understanding of SQL, APIs integration, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with Git, testing, and code reviews in collaborative environments.

About this opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Full Stack Develoer (Data Engineer) to join our team at Ericsson. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering data solutions to fulfill our business needs and specifications. By creating and optimizing data pipelines and data models for our analytical solutions data lake / data warehouses, youll be contributing to specific microservices we offer. The role also encompasses the responsibility for managing all data entering our data lake/DWH, ensuring the content, format, and integrity remain optimal throughout the datas lifecycle.

What you will do:

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript; contribute to a clear and consistent user experience.
• Implement and maintain REST APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Connect application features to AI/ML models, inference services, and third‑party systems through well‑defined APIs; handle errors and present useful results to users.
• Contribute to data preparation and processing tasks, using tools such as PySpark, Kafka, and BigQuery on GCP where applicable.
• Work with relational data and SQL; contribute to integrations with NoSQL systems
• Write unit and end‑to‑end tests, troubleshoot defects, and make improvements to performance and maintainability.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and Git-based workflows, including branches and pull requests.
• Support deployment and operation of applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and workflow tools such as Airflow or Argo Workflows where applicable.
• Collaborate with product, UX, data science, and engineering colleagues throughout design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

The skills you bring:

• Hands‑on software development experience and the ability to contribute across frontend and backend code.
• Working knowledge of React, JavaScript ES6+, HTML, and CSS, including asynchronous programming and state management patterns such as Redux or Context API.
• Ability to build or extend Python‑based REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
• Understanding of object‑oriented programming, core data structures, SQL, and API integration patterns.
• Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, Git, and collaborative code review practices.
• Practical experience with agentic development: using coding agents to plan and implement bounded tasks, then testing, reviewing, and taking ownership of the resulting code.
• Problem‑solving skills, clear communication, and willingness to learn in a cross‑functional team.
• 2-6Years of experience into PySpark, Kafka, BigQuery, or GCP.
• Airflow or Argo Workflows; Redis or Cassandra.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Webpack, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Working with AI/ML services or data preparation for data science use cases will be added advantage
