• Enable reliable and secure data exchange between applications, databases, middleware platforms, and external systems.
• Design data mappings, transformations, validations, routing, and integration workflows.
• Configure and support middleware and integration components.
• Troubleshoot API, middleware, network connectivity, interface, and system configuration issues.
• Analyze legacy applications and interfaces and support application modernization initiatives.
• Support migration of legacy interfaces to modern API-based and cloud-ready architectures.
• Monitor integration services and ensure availability, reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Perform production incident analysis, RCA, troubleshooting, and remediation.
• Support application and middleware deployments, upgrades, configuration, and environment management.
• Collaborate with Application, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Database, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, API documentation, and operational procedures.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
• Ensure integration solutions follow enterprise security, development, and operational standards.
