Sosuv is seeking exceptional Full Stack Developers to design and implement trading and risk management software. You will write high-performance code for real-time trading environments and contribute across the full SDLC while staying current with the latest AI and financial technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from premier institutions like IITs/IIITs/NITs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM frameworks LangGraph and LangChain for workflow orchestration and conversational/agentic systems.
• Expertise in document extraction/understanding: parsing PDFs, Word, Excel; OCR pipelines, embeddings, and RAG.
• Proven ability in complex problem solving, research, and rapid prototyping for emerging AI capabilities.
• Understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithms; experience with trading platforms/APIs is a plus.
• Knowledge of quantitative analysis, statistics, and risk management.
• Familiarity with FIX Protocol and market data feeds; strong mathematical and statistical skills.
• Competitive coding on platforms like Codeforces/HackerRank/LeetCode/CodeChef.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; strong communication and teamwork.
