Job summary

Coforge is seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. You will guide development teams, set engineering best practices, and ensure agile and secure delivery with modern CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives to enhance productivity and quality across the SDLC. Strong skills in Angular, .NET Core, C#, and cloud platforms are required.

The role requires a blend of hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, project execution, team management, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful delivery of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Drive solution design, code reviews, engineering best practices, and technology adoption.
• Manage project delivery, sprint planning, estimations, risks, and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, security, and compliance standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:

AI-Enabled Engineering Experience (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience on tools for AI-assisted or Agentic development such as:

• Claude or similar AI coding assistants
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for:
• Code generation and optimization
• Automated unit test creation
• Debugging and troubleshooting
• Code reviews and refactoring
• Productivity acceleration across the SDLC
• Exposure to AI-driven engineering practices, prompt engineering, and integration of GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications is highly desirable.
