Job summary

AVE Promagne is seeking a GenAI specialist to design, develop, and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions using LLMs. You will build and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and integrate models with existing enterprise systems.

You will also fine-tune models for accuracy and cost, collaborate with product, platform, data, and security teams, and mentor junior engineers while staying current with GenAI tools and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on Gen AI experience.
• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs for enterprise use cases.
• Build and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate GenAI models with existing applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Fine-tune and evaluate models for accuracy, performance, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, platform, data, and security teams.
• Ensure adherence to responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and code reviews.
