Job summary

Jabil in India seeks an experienced technical leader to drive enterprise AI initiatives, designing and deploying full-stack AI applications, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG systems. You will translate complex architectures into executive-friendly briefings and live demonstrations.

You will guide end-to-end development, integrate LLMs and data pipelines, optimize databases and backend services, and mentor teams while aligning solutions with security policies and IT strategy.

Job Summary

Provide visionary technical leadership and hands-on engineering excellence for enterprise artificial intelligence and advanced application efforts. Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack AI applications, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. Combine elite technical problem-solving with exceptional executive communication skills to brief senior-level directors, conduct high-impact live demonstrations, and ensure project delivery aligns seamlessly with enterprise strategy, technical specifications, and security policies.

Executive Communication & Senior Leadership Engagement: Act as a primary technical liaison to senior-level directors, VPs, and executive stakeholders. Translate complex artificial intelligence concepts, architectural roadmaps, and technical risks into clear, compelling business value.

High-Impact Live Demonstrations: Confidently lead live, end-to-end software and AI application demonstrations for internal leadership, external clients, and regional directors, effectively highlighting telemetry, automation workflows, and real-time capabilities.

End-to-End AI Application Development: Design, build, and deploy full-stack artificial intelligence applications from the ground up, seamlessly connecting robust backend AI services with responsive frontends.

AI Model Integration & Orchestration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), local model pipelines, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks into production-ready software systems.

Database Architecture & Performance Optimization: Architect, query, and optimize complex relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), writing advanced SQL queries, multi-table joins, cursors, and stored procedures to guarantee high-performance data storage.

Backend Engineering & APIs: Develop high-performance, asynchronous backend services, RESTful APIs, and data ingestion pipelines primarily using Python to handle real-time data streaming and complex business logic.

UI/UX & Operational Dashboards: Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces and real-time operational dashboards (supporting quality control telemetry and digital twin implementations) to enable seamless human-AI interaction.

Containerization, DevOps & Infrastructure: Package applications using Docker and manage deployment, scaling, and cluster coordination using Kubernetes. Provision and optimize cloud resources and high-performance GPU computing environments.

Linux System Operations & Standards: Operate effectively within Linux environments, utilizing advanced shell utilities, system monitoring, and performance tuning to establish and maintain technical standards.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery of advanced technology solutions while aligning solutions with overall IT strategy.

Risk, Security & Compliance: Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical and operational risks, ensuring strict compliance with company data security policies.

Mentorship & Process Improvement: Act as an expert mentor on advanced machine learning techniques, software standards, and agile delivery methodologies to elevate team proficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements

Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of presenting complex technical information clearly to senior-level directors, clients, and cross-functional teams in a self-starter role.

Technical Expertise: Proven proficiency across multiple disciplines, including enterprise AI systems, full-stack development (Python, modern web frameworks), database architecture, and cloud/GPU infrastructure optimization.

Domain Knowledge: Fluent in automated manufacturing operations, process optimization, telemetry analysis, and enterprise software integration frameworks (including SAP and Microsoft 365).

Project & Operational Management: Strong background in managing significant IT and AI development lifecycles, project planning, and driving system availability and reliability.

Education & Experience: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, paired with extensive professional experience driving software engineering, data science, and AI initiatives.
