Job summary

Winzons is building an AI-powered tax automation platform in Ahmedabad. We seek tech-agnostic generalists with 3+ years of software experience to drive document extraction, automated tax workflows, and integrations with leading tax software.

You will work across AI/LLM, backend (Java/Python/Node.js), frontend (React), and cloud (AWS/GCP) stacks. You will contribute to OCR, RAG, prompts, and AI agent workflows as part of a fast-moving product team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building production-ready AI applications.

We’re building an AI-powered tax automation platform and are looking for tech-agnostic generalists who can move fast and drive innovation across document extraction, automated tax preparation workflows, and integrations with leading tax software.

What We’re Building

• AI-based document extraction (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, receipts, brokerage statements)
• Automated tax preparation workflows with human review
• Integration with tax software (Drake, UltraTax, ProConnect, Lacerte, CCH)
• Advisory tools for tax planning

AI & Machine Learning

• Build AI-powered document extraction systems.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Design AI agent workflows with multi-step orchestration.
• Implement prompt engineering for production applications.
• Integrate Large Language Model APIs into enterprise solutions.
• Develop OCR and document parsing pipelines for PDFs and images.

Full-Stack Development

• Develop scalable backend services using Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Build responsive frontend applications using React or similar frameworks.
• Design secure REST APIs and system integrations.
• Deploy applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.

Product Development

• Build automated tax preparation workflows.
