Job summary

CT Automotive India is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to own AI systems end-to-end—from architecture to deployment. You will build AI-powered finance automation and ingestion pipelines, integrating LLMs with LangChain and LangGraph.

The role requires a 1-2 year track record, a Bachelor's in CS/AI, and hands-on work with Python, Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Expect a 6-month probation and collaboration with global stakeholders in Pune.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered web applications using Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate LLM-based chatbots and AI features with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Design REST APIs and AI workflows for scalable applications.
• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and real-time AI responses via WebSockets.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, security, auditability, and compliance for financial data.
• Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience developing modern web applications using Next.js and React.
• Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization and ORM frameworks.
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar into production applications.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for AI agents, workflows, chatbot orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
• Experience implementing RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails, memory, and tool/function calling.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases and vector search technologies.
• Experience implementing WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time AI chat and streaming responses.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, GCP, or Vercel.
• Knowledge of authentication (JWT/OAuth), API security, data privacy, RBAC, and scalable system architecture.
• Finance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of financial processes such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or automation solutions for finance-related workflows is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills with experience delivering production-ready AI applications.
