Job summary

AAB Accounting Services India in Greater Noida is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for Australian clients. The role is largely autonomous with strict deadlines and a strong focus on accuracy.

You will handle end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll duties, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly/annual reporting while coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Based in Greater Noida Sec 4, 9 am–5:30 pm Sydney time, with cab facility provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with fellow employees, clients/customers and suppliers.
• A logical, methodical approach.
• An understanding of accounting standards.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills (English) both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling bank statements, receipts, and payments.
• End to end bookkeeping.
• Petty cash management.
• Liaising with clients and debtors for invoice payments.
• Payroll duties including full function payroll processing.
• Processing and balancing accounts payable.
• Generating weekly, monthly and annual reports as required.
• Track inter-company finances.
• Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder queries through email and phone calls.
• Liaise with stakeholders.

The role involves the efficient management of specific Australian clients.

You will be largely autonomous for day-to-day processing.

You will be deadline-focused, organised and have exceptional attention for detail; a self-starter who is eager to help grow this business and the team around them. You can work well without constant supervision (but can also take direction where required) and have a positive and resilient approach.

This role is based in Greater Noida Sec 4. The timing is 9 am to 5.30 pm (Sydney time), which is 3.30 am (Indian Time). We will provide shared cab facility.
