EY is hiring for a GRC Analyst in Bengaluru under EY Global Delivery Services. The role focuses on governance, risk and compliance technology and related business processes.

The candidate will engage in implementation, validation, and support across Archer, ServiceNow IRM, ProcessUnity, Aravo, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of GRC experience, basic database knowledge, strong communication, and a willingness to learn new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support GRC implementation and activities across risk, compliance, audit, policy, or third‑party risk management areas.
• Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, and user support.
• Work with senior team members to understand business requirements and translate them into tool‑based solutions.
• Support data validation, report preparation, dashboard updates, and basic workflow testing.
• Assist in preparing user stories, process documents, test cases, and training materials.
• Participate in UAT, defect tracking, issue analysis, and follow‑up with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams and maintain clear communication on assigned tasks and status updates.
• Monitor project deliverables and provide regular status updates to project leads.
• Demonstrate ownership, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to new GRC platforms and client requirements
• Stay updated on emerging GRC trends, regulatory requirements, and technology platforms.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GRC Analyst to support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) technology and business process initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn new technologies, and a basic understanding of risk, compliance, and business processes.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in leading GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow IRM, Process Unity, Aravo, and other risk and compliance solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support GRC implementation and support activities across risk, compliance, audit, policy, or third‑party risk management areas.

Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Basic knowledge of GRC concepts, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Exposure to any GRC platform such as Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, Process Unity, Aravo, OpenPages, or Audit Board.
• Understanding of CRUD operations, workflows, and business process automation.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or project delivery methodologies.
