Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with REACT who can build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces. In this role, you will work closely with backend teams to integrate front-end components with ASP.NET Core APIs and deliver seamless user experiences. He should own complex data-grid views, forms, charts, and file uploadsend to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the front-end development team, providing technical guidance, task allocation, implementation support, and ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Act as the technical point of contact for front-end development, owning technical decisions, coding standards, architecture, and development practices.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable, and reusable front-end solutions.

Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI components using React (with hooks and functional components)

• Review requirements, identify technical dependencies, risks, edge cases, and integration challenges before implementation.
• Design and review front-end architecture, component structures, state-management approaches, API integration patterns, and reusable UI solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and technical reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, security, maintainability, and adherence to established coding standards.
• Work directly with clients, business stakeholders, and product teams to understand requirements, clarify functional expectations, discuss technical solutions, and provide implementation updates.
• Participate in requirement discussions and provide technical feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and implementation approaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, accessibility, and developer productivity.
• Support production issues by analysing root causes, coordinating with relevant teams, and implementing reliable fixes.
• Review and evaluate new React, JavaScript/TypeScript, UI libraries, and development tools and recommend technologies that improve product quality and maintainability.
• Build and manage complex UI elements such as data grids, forms, dashboards, charts, and file upload features .
• Integrate front-end applications with backend .NET Web APIs (REST/JSON), ensuring proper data handling, error management, retries, and pagination .
• Implement efficient state management using tools like Redux Toolkit or React Query, and manage navigation using React Router.
• Design and develop advanced data grid functionalities including sorting, filtering, grouping, pagination, inline editing, and data export (Excel/PDF) .
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using charting libraries; apply consistent theming and UI design standards .

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of Material UI (MUI) and Tailwind CSS, with the ability to build responsive layouts, reusable/common components, and scalable UI patterns following established design systems and frontend best practices.
• 34 years of experience building production-grade UIs using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals (hooks, component lifecycle, state management, reusable components)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), and responsive design
• Experience with API integration (REST/JSON) using fetch/axios
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OIDC, JWT) and secure data handling
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit / React Query)
• Working knowledge of routing (React Router) and form handling
• Experience with Git workflows, pull requests, and basic CI/CD concepts
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in agile development environments
• Strong understanding of React forms, form handling, and validation, with hands-on experience using form management libraries such as Formik and React Hook Form, as well as implementing custom validation and managing form state effectively using tools like Zustand.

Good to Have

• Experience with Kendo UI for React (Grid, Charts, Upload, Dialog, etc.)
• Exposure to ASP.NET Core APIs
• Experience with data visualization libraries and dashboard development
• File handling: Kendo Upload with chunking, validation.
• Experience with Azure AD, authentication, and permissions models.
• Security basics for SPA on IIS/Azure: CSP, HSTS, CORS, anti-XSS & IDOR awareness.
• Familiarity with Azure (App Service/CDN), and Entra ID auth.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/MTech/MCA).
