Job summary

NovoTree Minds Consulting seeks an experienced Staff Engineer to lead frontend architecture, development, engineering quality, and frontend teams. The role emphasizes shaping ReactJS-based solutions, improving performance, and guiding design systems and shared components.

You will mentor engineers, drive code quality, and collaborate on scalable enterprise SaaS frontend apps while advancing frontend best practices and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of frontend engineering experience with ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design.
• Experience with scalable enterprise/SaaS frontend applications.
• Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit / Zustand / React Query.
• Experience with Vite / Webpack and frontend testing.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and containerisation.
• Experience leading or mentoring frontend engineers.
