Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking a seasoned Front-end Engineer to join the team and deliver modern web interfaces using React. You will write clean, scalable code and ensure responsiveness and performance across devices.

You will collaborate with design and backend teams to translate UI/UX into production-ready features, implement robust testing, and help advance front-end architecture and tooling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience building applications with React.js.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with React patterns and state management solutions (Redux or Context API).
• Familiar with modern build tools and front-end pipelines.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-device consistency.
• Experience integrating APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Value clean code, testing, and maintainability; comfortable with code reviews.
• Proactive problem-solver with good communication and collaborative mindset.
• Bonus points for exposure to TypeScript, Next.js, testing frameworks, GraphQL, or CI/CD workflows.
