About the role

As a Frontend Developer, you’ll focus on building intuitive, high-performance user experiences for web and mobile applications. You’ll translate designs into reusable components, ensure accessibility and performance, and integrate with APIs to deliver reliable, data-rich products.

Success in this role requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong collaboration with design and product teams, and clear communication to deliver polished, user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, accessible UIs across web and mobile using TypeScript + React (and/or React Native) and Next.js.
• Translate designs into reusable components and own state management (RTK/Query, Zustand, or equivalent).
• Integrate with APIs to deliver analytics and reporting experiences for data-heavy dashboards.
• Drive frontend testing (React Testing Library) and optimise performance against Core Web Vitals.
• Contribute to design systems and component libraries; implement clean, scalable styles with CSS-in-JS/Tailwind.
• Work closely with Product and Design, maintaining clear communication, empathy for the user, and attention to detail in all development stages.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in product UI development, focused on modern web applications.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React (and/or React Native), and Next.js.
• Solid experience with state management (RTK/Query, Zustand, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with frontend testing (React Testing Library, Jest) and performance optimisation (Core Web Vitals).
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries using CSS-in-JS or Tailwind.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-heavy dashboards and complex interaction design.
• Strong accessibility practices (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Background in healthcare or enterprise UX.
