Job description

Build high-performance marketing sites and landing pages for clients with React, Next.js, and Tailwind. Ship every week.

We build modern websites that convert. You will work on real projects — corporate sites, e-commerce, lead-gen landers — using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. Weekly demos with clients, two-week sprints.

You will pair with our senior web developer and report to the Engineering Lead.

What you'll do

• Build responsive, fast websites with Next.js and Tailwind
• Translate Figma designs into production-quality code
• Integrate CMS (Sanity, Strapi, or headless WordPress) where needed
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores > 90
• Set up basic analytics + SEO meta on every project

What we're looking for

• 2+ years building production React applications
• Comfortable with Next.js routing, SSR/SSG, and image optimization
• Strong CSS / Tailwind skills — pixel-perfect from Figma
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and basic CI/CD
• Bonus: experience with Cloudinary, Stripe, or any CMS
