We are looking for a high-caliber Frontend Developer who has built scalable products from scratch in fast-paced product startup environments. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands frontend architecture, performance, and user experience, and is excited to optimize for latency, scale, and reliability as the product grows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and own frontend applications from scratch using JavaScript and React.js
• Design clean, modular, and reusable frontend architectures
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate ideas into high-quality user experiences
• Optimize applications for performance, latency, scalability, and responsiveness
• Implement best practices around state management, component design, and API integration
• Debug, test, and continuously improve frontend systems in production
• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions as the product scales

Must-Have Requirements :

• 35 years of hands-on experience as a Frontend Developer
• Strong expertise in JavaScript(ES6+) and React.js
• Experience working only in product-based startup companies (early-stage / growth-stage preferred)
• Proven experience building production-ready products from scratch
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and scalability
• Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS, responsive design, and browser internals
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Preferred Qualifications :

• Premium educational background (Top-tier engineering colleges preferred)
• Experience with modern frontend tools (Webpack, Vite, Redux/Zustand, etc.)
