ITSW Business Auxiliary Pvt. Ltd. invites a passionate frontend engineer to join our product team to maintain and enhance the user interface and uphold coding standards.

You will lead and mentor junior engineers, drive design decisions, and convert existing applications into single-page apps while embracing microservices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and a frontend framework (Angular/Vue/React).
• Experience with responsive web development.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web app architecture.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the product user interface
• Provide guidance and leadership to other engineers and team members
• Keep up to date with general UI trends, best practices, design principles, and toolsets
• Improving and maintaining coding standards and best practices
• Participate in design and technology decisions and mentor junior engineers
• Converting current applications into single-page applications that implement existing and future microservices
• Working and managing multiple development initiatives concurrently
• Provide timely and accurate communication of status to team, project, and technical leads

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in Javascript frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), Typescript, and Frontend Framework (Angular / Vue / React)
• Sound knowledge of Responsive Web Development
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• In-depth knowledge of web applications, architecture, and REST APIs
• Good understanding of application debugging techniques
• Understanding of cross browser development issues and solutions
• Experience building outstanding, easy to use user interfaces.
• Experience leading and teaching a team of junior engineers
• Superb problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quality, performance, and scalability
• Passion for learning new skills and technologies
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
