Hyatt International is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the front office operations in line with the company’s brand standards. You will work to meet guest, employee, and owner expectations and support the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise.
The role covers management of Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre and Club facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Front Office Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Front Desk, Front Service (including parking and the hotel entrance), Communications Centre, Business Centre and Regency or Grand Club.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
