Job summary

Hyatt Place Goa Candolim is seeking a Receptionist to provide excellent and consistent service to guests at the front desk. You will contribute to the smooth running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

The ideal candidate has hospitality knowledge, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience. A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
