TactByte Technologies Private Limited is seeking a proactive Frontend Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team in Guwahati, Assam. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build responsive, accessible, and high-quality web interfaces.

You will translate designs, integrate with APIs, and optimize performance across browsers while maintaining code quality through reviews and testing with Jest or React Testing Library.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 2 years of professional frontend development.
• Core Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) expertise.
• Frameworks: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular; hands-on experience with at least one.
• State management: Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, or Vuex.
• Version control: Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Styling: CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), CSS-in-JS, or Tailwind CSS.
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

We are looking for a proactive Frontend Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. You will work alongside UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create responsive, accessible, and high-quality web user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Build clean, scalable, and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React / Vue).
• UI/UX Integration: Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
• API Integration: Connect frontend applications with RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize page render times, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews; and write unit/integration tests using tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
• Collaboration: Partner with backend developers to design API structures and work with product teams to refine functional specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Core Web Technologies: Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Nice-to-Have Skills
