We are looking to hire more Front-End Developers right now. You will be responsible for :

Developing the Product - bring cross-functional experiences and deep domain understanding:

• Develop an Uber + Yelp equivalent for the Global Container Logistics community, understanding complex industry workflows and building tools for seamless cross-border trading.
• Build simple, intuitive, and highly efficient interfaces to automate repetitive logistics tasks, requiring a good sense of aesthetics.
• Create high fidelity prototypes across multiple devices and gather feedback from users and the team.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms from desktop to mobile.

Find the 80/20:

• Identify the core features that deliver maximum value with minimal effort, optimizing costs and complexity.

Provide options:

• Propose solutions and communicate options clearly to the team, avoiding impossible constraints.

Grow front end and user interaction leaders:

• Build and manage a team of front-end developers and user interaction designers.

You should have :

• 1-3+ years of experience in developing responsive and human-centered products across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science.
• Coursework in digital interaction design is a plus.
• Extensive experience with: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript (OOP), REST APIs, Google Analytics, SEO, Git, server-side templating, user test cases.
• Basic knowledge of CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
• Experience integrating with third-party social APIs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
