Job summary

You will assist with reconciliations, reporting, budgeting support, and collaborate with internal teams. A Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related degree is required, with fresh graduates welcome and Excel proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Support preparation of financial reports, MIS reports, and expense statements.
• Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Verify invoices, bills, and other financial documents for accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Assist the team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.
• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
