Pagaar India in Noida is looking for a motivated Fresher Business Development Executive to join our Digital Marketing agency for the USA night shift. You will generate new business opportunities and sell Digital Marketing and Website Development services to US clients, while supporting CRM and proposal activities.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with international customers.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, IT Sales, Website Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
• Sell Digital Marketing and Website Development services to USA clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
• Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Design teams.
