A J Mohan & Associates is seeking an Audit Assistant to perform cash verifications, reconcile balances, and ensure compliance with internal controls. You will support KYC, AML, and audit processes across banking-related assignments.

Join a 40-year-old CA firm with PAN India presence, offering practical training and a collaborative work environment. Role based in Rehli, with a 9 AM–6 PM shift.

Formación

• Experience in KYC, compliance, or audit (Banking/NBFC preferred)
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML regulations and audit processes
• Pursuing degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• Excellent learning opportunities with practical training

Responsabilidades

• Conduct surprise and scheduled physical cash verification at branches/ATMs
• Reconcile physical cash with system balances and report discrepancies
• Verify cash handling processes and adherence to internal control procedures
• Perform housekeeping audits to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with bank standards
• Check availability and proper maintenance of essential infrastructure and records
• Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues in operations and housekeeping
• Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with branch staff for timely resolution of audit findings
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Job Summary:

• We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Audit Assistant. Below will be ideal work responsibility:


• Conduct surprise and scheduled physical cash verification at branches/ATMs


• Reconcile physical cash with system balances and report discrepancies


• Verify cash handling processes and adherence to internal control procedures


• Perform housekeeping audits to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with bank standards


• Check availability and proper maintenance of essential infrastructure and records


• Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues in operations and housekeeping
