Slinep Consulting Bengaluru seeks an experienced SOX Auditor to lead audit planning, testing, and documentation across global engagements.

You will coordinate with US/UK/Europe stakeholders, prepare remediation plans, and present findings to clients. 5+ years in SOX, CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA welcomed; remote work with overlap hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SOX auditor.

• Develop remediation plans for identified deficiencies and work with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective implementation.

Job description

We are seeking Chartered Accountants (CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA/CISA) with extensive experience in SOX audit, beyond mere familiarity with Internal controls. Currently, we are not accepting applications from engineers or graduates for this position.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced SOX Auditors and Testers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to SOX compliance, including audit planning, testing, documentation, client presentation, remediation planning, and liaison with external auditors.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct audit planning and risk assessment activities to identify areas of potential risk and develop appropriate audit plans.

Key skills:

We are looking for CA/ACCA/CPA/ACCA/CISA with strong experience in SOX audits. Experience auditing Global MNCs and have travelled overseas as onsite auditor is a plus.

Work experience:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a SOX auditor and a total of 5 to 15 years of experience.

Location:

• Bangalore/ Remote / Work from home
• Few Projects require travel to Middle Eastern Countries,Europe and Americas.
• Work from home/Remote, some overlap hours to support US time zone.
