A prominent franchise company located near Kaushambi, Ghaziabad is seeking a Franchise Sales Manager. The successful candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to store launch, and will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring brand standards. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with franchisees, providing operational training and support, and maintaining accurate reports. This role requires excellent salesmanship and customer relationship skills, along with the ability to travel for site visits and meetings, with competitive incentives offered for sales closures.

  • Assist in territory planning and expansion strategy.
  • Travel for site visits and franchise meetings as required.

Job description
  1. Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
  2. Present franchise model, ROI, investment structure, and business potential to prospects.
  3. Achieve monthly franchise sales and store‑launch targets.
  4. Ensure timely collection of EOI, franchise fees, and execution of agreements.
  5. Coordinate with franchisees for site approval, store layout, interiors, and branding.
  6. Ensure franchise outlets open within committed timelines and brand standards.
  7. Implement and strictly monitor SOPs, pricing policies, and brand guidelines.
  8. Support franchisees with training, launch support, and operational guidance.
  9. Resolve operational issues and act as the main escalation point for franchisees.
  10. Maintain accurate MIS reports for leads, closures, payments, and store status.
  11. Assist management in territory planning and expansion strategy.
  12. Travel for site visits, store launches, and franchise meetings as required.

Office Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad (200 meters from Kaushambi Metro Station)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Company Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Leaves: 1 Weekly Off (Sunday) + 1 Paid Leave per month + Company Declared Holidays
