FP&A Analyst – Beckman Coulter Diagnostics

FP&A Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for FP&A of Diagnostics commercial business. In this role, you would be tasked with management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business partnership, project support and ad-hoc analysis. Prior experience of working in an MNC culture would make you the ideal fit for this role.

This position is part of the Finance function located in Mumbai, India and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Finance Team and report to the Business Controller Dx (SWA) responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, business partnership, project support and ad-hoc analysis. Responsibilities
  • Drive FP&A for diagnostic business including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business partnership.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and presenting information including past trends of key performance indicators across areas of revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
  • Ensure timely & accurate monthly, quarterly and year end closing & reporting according to Group policies (including monthly comments). Implement and manage Business Intelligence Tools and Power BI Dashboards.
  • Report globally aligned KPIs for ad-hoc, short-term and long-term planning in line with global standards. Prepare management information for the Global team on a regular basis.
  • Support Manager, Senior Management Team and Department heads with in-depth financial analysis and various presentations. Thus, enable fact-based decision making and identify opportunities for investment/growth.
Essential Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience in FP&A profile.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and financial planning & analysis skills (for Commercial Operations).
  • High business acumen, financial numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong integrity, interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in MS office and global ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Navision, etc.
Preferred Experience
  • Diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare business.
  • Power BI, Tableau or other Business intelligence tool.
